To be an investor...
On my headstone, more than anything, I want it to read, "Remoy was an investor". Now, I'm going to let the big wigs dabble with the games of Wall Street. However, when it comes to people's lives and futures, is where I hope that previous statement comes into fruition.
We all know that life is a product of days upon days. Some days are hard with stony edges, and some days are so sweet tasting. But what I see looking back, is the idea of "Nurture over Nature." I see that my days upon days have lead to where I am at now, based on the fact of the people who grew me. The Men and Women who took the time to say, "You are wacky, but I still want to take the time to love you and teach you."
I want to be that man to so many people's lives. I don't want to be known as a harsh opressor, but one who believed in others. I know there will never be a Utopian society, but dammit, I want to die trying to fight for one. I believe so much in the next generation. I want to pour my money, talents, and time into it.
So I guess, I say thanks, to those who came before me. And I want to say to the up and comers, "I'm Here for you. Now you go forward."
